Ocean Jackets (large deep sea leather jackets- Chinaman) are available at competitive prices.
Trunk fillets and eye fillets (cheek meat) come fresh or frozen in cryvac packs. Ocean Jackets have a firm white flesh with a pleasant mild to sweet taste and can be grilled/BBQ'd, baked, deep fried or poached. They are also very good in Thai-style curries, stirfries and mornays.

Our boat, Altarama operates out of Coffin Bay. Ocean Jackets are trapped, cleaned and stored on ice in refrigerated rooms on board. Further processing is done at our Wangary premises.
